Most renters are choosing a property based solely on the photos they see online and staging is key to getting the best return. You want people to fall in love with your condo. This is why making your space feel like a place they can see themselves is so important. While it is not something you must do, I really think it brings life to the photos.

The Process!
This is an actual client’s staging/finishing process from start to finish.
This property was a new purchase for out of state owners. We had been in contact for a while but they had only wanted photos and planed to do all of the staging themselves. Unfortunately their trip was cut short so I stepped in to help. Below are cell phone images I took at the consultation. This condo had been recently painted so it was a great blank slate.
The following info was sent to the client after this consultation. We chatted and she really wanted to bring in more of the turquoise from the master bed pillows.
