Staging for Short Term Rentals in 30A/PCB
Most renters are choosing a property based solely on the photos they see online and staging is key to getting the best return. You want people to fall in love with your condo. This is why making your space feel like a place they can see themselves is so important. I prefer to use the term finishing as opposed to staging because staging is something that is usually removed from the house after it is sold and the majority of my services include things that will stay with your residence.

The consultation is always free. This is where I tour your property and give my suggestions. We can do this via phone, skype or email after I have seen your property.
I will send you a list of options similar to what you see below. Please note, every house/condo is unique so prices will vary. I will give specific notes about your personal property. Things I think we should highlight, things I would change. Please remember these are my suggestions and nothing is set in stone.
The Finishing!
This is an actual client’s staging/finishing process from start to finish.
This property was a new purchase for out of state owners. We had been in contact for a while but they had only wanted photos and planed to do all of the staging themselves. Unfortunately their trip was cut short so I stepped in to help. Below are cell phone images I took at the consultation. This condo had been recently painted so it was a great blank slate.
The following info was sent to the client after this consultation. We chatted and she really wanted to bring in more of the turquoise from the master bed pillows.
Option 1– No staging, just photos $150
Honestly your condo is clean and cute. I think it will photograph well and the view will really pop.
