One of the most common questions I get is, “Does my family need to book a plus session for our extended family?”

No, you can absolutely do an Extended Family Mini Session. Mini sessions are only 30 minutes and include 15 edited images. What this means is we can do a couple of whole group shots, usually only 1 pose, each family group in 1 pose, all the cousins, grand parents with grand kids, all the girls and all the boys.

A mini is great if you only want a few photos, one big group for Grandma’s wall of fame. What you don’t get in a mini is much variety. When you book a Plus session, we have double the time which allows for a much greater variety. Instead of a single image for each family, we have time to do multiple poses. We have time for couple shots of married spouses, kid shots, and my favorite shots which are the ones where the kiddos get to play on the beach.
